World Book Day

World Book Day (7th March 2013) is the biggest annual celebration of books and reading in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Every child of school age is entitled to receive a £1 (€1.50) World Book Day Token to redeem against any book of their choice.

UK Primary Schools and all Irish Schools on the DES database will automatically receive material, but pre-schools and Secondary Schools in the UK need to register to receive support material including the World Book Day £1 Book Tokens.

World Book Day token redemption period

Usborne will be redeeming World Book Day tokens against Usborne books from 25th February - 2nd April and again, during the World Book Night period, from 22nd April - 1st May.
