What would I have to do?

Encourage everyone you meet to become an Organiser just like you. Help them get started just by copying you, and cheer them on to success. You’re enjoying being an Usborne Organiser – why wouldn’t they? Your team members can live anywhere in the UK and Europe.

And I get paid more for this?

Absolutely. Right from day one we will pay you generous bonuses based on the sales of your team members, in addition to your own sales commission. You'll be delighted in how quickly your earnings grow as you introduce more people to your team. What’s more, if you become a Team Leader within 12 weeks of joining, you will have earned at least £500 in commission and bonuses on the way – and that’s just the beginning!
