Reader Reviews

a most excellent introduction
In preparation for taking my (then) 3 year-old daughter to see her first live MIDSUMMER, I read her this version first. It spells out what can be a confusing tale to a small child very simply and enjoyably - and she was able to enjoy and understand the performance as a result! This book is still a perennial favourite - and I wish Usborne would adapt even more of the Bard's works in this style!
