Reader Reviews

A fantastic book with well-known classics and fine original tales
As a child, I adored 'The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse' and film versions of 'The Wind in the Willows.' This brilliant treasury contains both the above stories as well as 'The Sun and the Wind,' 'The Fairground Ghost' and 'The Dancing Mermaid. I like the fact that each story is illustrated by a different artist and it is not only great for the holidays, but perfect for any time of the year. All in all, this is an excellent book with a superb mixture of classic and original tales.
