Reader Reviews

The Usborne First thousand Words in Arabic
I have been teaching young children Arabic for over 5 years and use this book over and over. It is a joy to use. I play many games with it, such as memory games: the children have two minutes to contemplate one of the pictures, say 'the countryside', and then say or write what they remember from the picture. The illustrations are memorable and fun. I can't recommend this book enough.

Arabic is really good to learn it's fun but it's hard. The First Thousand Words in Arabic helped me a lot. I love it!

Fantastic book , would recommend it to anyone.
I have two children who vary in age but they both enjoy this book. It really helps them along with learning Arabic, as well as helping me when I can't remember the name of something. I can't think of a time I haven't found a word I was looking for!
