Reader Reviews

Oliver Twist
My daughter was thrilled with this book. She is a confident reader but likes lots of pictures to engage her with a more challenging text. She enjoys very contemporary story lines but I wondered if I could get her reading a little more widely. Not wanting to be too pushy I left the book for her to discover at the end of her bed. I usually have to shout up the stairs more than once to get her up for school and the next morning was no different. After no response I stomped up the stairs ready to let rip...and there she was engrossed in this delightful adaptation... I closed my mouth and went to make the breakfast. Pure magic - and she keeps reading it over again!
