This wonderfully crafted book, featuring the gorgeous illustrative prowess of Stephen Cartwright, provides a mesmerizing blend of play and story telling. Just the engineering of this book makes it eligible for some kind of award, but the added charm of the illustrations and the stories make it an enthralling experience for the children and one in which they can take part. I wish adult books were this good!

Usborne have always known how to make an amazing young children’s book, and following the success of last Christmas’ Farmyard Tales Wind-up Train Book, this is set to be hours of entertainment. Three tracks, three stories, one tractor; hours of fun...If this book can keep me entertained whilst I am supposed to be working, then think how much enjoyment a child will get out of it! Fabulous fun for all the family!

An ABSOLUTE favourite!
This is a huge favourite with all the family and a wonderful way to get very young children interacting with books. My son is too little to wind the tractor himself but his older sister (9 years old) just loves the excuse of 'helping' him as it gives her a chance to play with the book too. Watching them play and read together is just the most lovely sight. I highly recommend this book - it makes a wonderful gift if you're looking for something that will be a family favourite for years!

Fantastic
I recently bought this book for one of my nephews for his 2nd birthday. After reading and playing with the book with the other 3 boys in our family I have now bought four! They all love their books and can't wait till Christmas for the Train version...Fantasic, Fun and for all the family to enjoy!
